Sustainable Development

Given the island's restricted undeveloped lands, it's imperative to move beyond the short-sighted notion that new development is the sole viable source of tax revenue. The city bears the responsibility of advocating and endorsing the sustainable redevelopment of the island's unused properties, rather than pushing for the development of our extremely limited natural resources.
